Three members, appointed to four-year terms by the Mayor.

Members who are not employees or elected or appointed officials of the city administration are paid $50.00 per meeting up to two meetings per month.

Meetings: 9:00 a.m., First and third Monday of each month in the Council Chambers at City Hall
