PLEASE NOTE:

ALL OF OUR WAITING LISTS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

You may view your application by going to michigancityha.housingmanger.com. This will serve as your conformation that your application has been received or if you are currently on the waiting list. Changes to your application can be made by completing an Applicant Change of Information Form and submitting it to the housing authority.

The housing authority will no longer give out waiting list numbers. Once your preliminary application has been accepted, you will receive a letter that will contain your number on the waiting list and your estimated waiting time for assistance. If you don’t receive a letter, it may have had an incorrect address and was returned by the post office. If the letter is returned, you will be removed from the waiting list.
