Will be at the Senior Center to answer questions, see if you qualify, and file tax returns for seniors to receive the Economic Stimulus Act payments. A fee of $35 applies and is payable at time of service. To qualify for the $300 for single and up to $600 for married: • 2007 tax return must be filed • Cannot be a dependent on another return • At least $3000 of qualified income (SS, Railroad Retirement, VA Benefits & Pensions do qualify) • If 65 or older, can qualify for the Indiana Credit for the Elderly ($40-$100). Documentation of income is required to correctly file the tax return. H&R Block will electronically file your return. "The Fantasticks"
Amish Acres, Nappanee, IN.  The longest running show in the history of the American Theatre. It opened at an off-Broadway theatre in the spring of 1960, where it remained until the production finally closed in 2002. Hucklebee and Bellamy are a pair of small town fathers who are scheming to bring their children Matt and Luisa together in a romance. As a carnival arrives to bring some excitement to the sleepy village, the fathers persuade a mysterious interloper named Ed Gallo to stage a mock abduction of Luisa, which will hopefully prompt Matt to come to her rescue. They young lovers’ and their parents’ lives are forever changed by what ensues. The story is set in the Midwest in the 1920’s.  Package includes roundtrip motorcoach transportation, lunch and show. Cornwell’s Dinner Theatre, Marshall, MI.  With a balanced look at the “joys” of growing older, through a cast of three men and three women, Mid-Life! strikes a chord with anyone regardless of age. A series of scenes and sketches poke fun at the frustrations of Mammograms, love handles, weekend warriors and proctology exams.
