The Tree Board is responsible for the study, investigation, counsel, development, annually updating and administration of a written plan for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal, or disposition of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets or alleys, and in other public areas. The board consists of five (5) Mayoral appointees, one, Common Council appointee, and the Vector Control Officer. The Tree Board meets regularly at 6:00 PM on the first Wednesday of each month in the Mayor’s West Conference Room at City Hall. Board meetings are open to the public.
