Although most City of Michigan City Board Meetings are cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 Health Emergency, the Sanitary District Board of Commissioners will hold their meeting on April 22, 2020, at 4:00 pm because it has the sole responsibility to approve all spending and funding and adopt policies and procedures for the Sanitary District.

In accordance with temporary rules established by Indiana’s Governor regarding public meetings of local government agencies, the Sanitary District Board Meeting will be conducted via teleconference. Please refer to the April 22, 2020 Sanitary District Board Meeting Agenda for more information.

In response to the COVID-19 health emergency and the Governor’s most recent orders the public will not be allowed to attend in person. The public can listen to the meeting by calling in on the toll free conference phone line:
