The City Council meets in the Council Chambers of the CIty on the first and third Tuesday evening of each month at 6:30 PM in City Hall. If such meetings fall on a legal holiday, the meeting is held on the following day at 6:30 PM.

Special meetings will be held upon Mayor's request or by request of any member of the Council. Upon issuing the call for a special meeting, the requestor will designate the time and place of the meeting and notify the City Clerk. It is the responsibility of the City Clerk to notify each member. At special meetings of the Council, only such matters of business as are specifically stated in the call for the meeting may be conducted or acted upon.

At the beginning of each meeting, the COuncil will hear from anyone attending who is interested in speaking. This may be a brief inquiry or commentary addressed to the Council Members. Council President reserves the right to halt inquiries or commentary if needed.
