Our Valued Sponsors & Community Partners

We’re proud to collaborate with organizations that invest in our community’s growth and success. Their support helps make local events, programs, and initiatives possible.

Michigan City Municipal Band

The Michigan City Municipal Band (MCMB) performs every Thursday evening, mid-June through mid-August, beginning at 7:30 CDT at the Guy F. Foreman Bicentennial Amphitheater in Washington Park. The band plays a wide variety of music, with concerts designed to entertain audience members of all ages.

The audience is invited to sing along with the band at the beginning and ending of each concert. After the opening fanfare, the audience will sing along to “The Star-Spangled Banner”. Each concert will end with a familiar patriotic selection for the audience to sing.

All concerts are free, open to the public and everyone is welcome. Vehicle entrance into Washington Park is free with a Washington Park Annual Parking Sticker; otherwise, a small parking fee is required. Parking is available in the lots closest to the amphitheater, as well as at the Senior Center. Parking on Lake Shore Drive is strictly prohibited.
